So I’ve got 20 minutes before my next long-distance EPFX session (busy, long day today)…but I just had to share this today with you all because I’ve been feeling the intuitive nudge to share it all day! So what’s the dealio? Well, as many of you out there know and *feel*, our bodies are changing vibrationally at top speed right now! Holy SHIFT Batman! WOW I seriously just saw a purple orb as I wrote and thought “Holy Shift Batman”…lol. Sweet! Anywho…
Flower essences, bach flower remedies, crystals and liquid light frequencies are all subtle energy remedies/ healing tools aka. vibrational medicine that can help this “shifting” or ascension process become a little less bumpy, and a little more enjoyable and graceful. I’ve been noticing with most of my clients, who, I guess you’d put into the “intuitive, sensitive, empathic, starseed” category that these people are feeling drained and challenged trying to function on this planet because they’re becoming so gosh darn sensitive to EVERYTHING! I can relate, trust me! But something that can help is taking sutble energy medicines. I remember about 5 years ago, things like crystals and flower essences were something that were cool and fun to have…but NOW I’m realizing and *feeling* their potential to help us through this ascension process.
Not everyone notices a big difference from subtle energy remedies/ tools, but for the people who are like me, ie. extremely energetically sensitive, empathic, a starseed, etc., well, we’re a lot more sensitive and receptive to these subtle energies…and basically what I’m being guided to tell you is to look into this stuff! There’s tons of information on flower essences, bach flower remedies, crystals…and wow, so much more! There’s a video topic right there!

Learning how to cleanse/ charge them beforehand is key!
There’s so much to say about different ways to help clear/ balance yourself, and overall, make this ascension process so much more enjoyable, but I will save it for another post. What I’d like to focus on sharing today specifically are the “liquid light frequencies” which are vibrational remedies nobody seems to know about. They aren’t mainstream in the “alternative” healing field yet apparently. My EPFX actually has the frequencies of all these liquid light frequencies within it, and can tell me the specific ones you would benefit from the most…that is, if you book an EPFX session with me. Now, in no way do you need to book a session with me in order to hook yourself up with some amazing liquid light frequencies. You can simply use your intuition on which ones you feel would help you the most right now (that is if you feel drawn to buying any.) I personally do not have any affiliation to the company. I’m simply promoting it because I think it’s a really good thing, especially for the very empathic people; People who need extra help clearing/ protecting their energy field because they’re energetic sponges.

The particular liquid light frequency that my technology always seems to recommend for people who feel they are starseeds is the “El-Eloha 01″ http://www.healingarts.nl/en/el-eloha/el-eloha-01/ which is supposed to assist you in becoming fully aware of your physical being, completely at one with your body and at the same time connected to your cosmic state of being. This gives a feeling of universal love, and a longing for firsthand experience and the wisdom that flows from your own Source. The feeling of emptiness begins to subside and you begin to feel ‘at home’ on earth.
I encourage you to simply browse around this site and see if any resonate. I think and *feel* that they’re all amazing!!! I personally haven’t bought any myself because my EPFX quantum biofeedback technology has all the liquid light frequencies encoded within, and I can simply give myself a session and receive all those frequencies. A couple months ago, I sent myself (energetically using my EPFX) nothing but liquid light frequencies for about 2 to 3 hrs and I noticed that for the next week or so, my meditations were a more profound, it felt easier to hear and feel the voice of my intuition/ higher self, and overall, I felt more at peace and *lighter*…like a weight was lifted off of me. As of right now, that’s all that I can report about my experiences with the frequencies. I’ve honestly been so busy lately helping others, and working on putting together retreats and workshops/ programs, that I haven’t been giving myself regular EPFX sessions, but I’m feeling the need to start them up again.
I’d love to make a video sometime on this topic to go into more depth, but can only do so much every day. So for now, I’m simply encouraging you to do a little more investigation on crystals, flower essences, bach flower remedies, liquid light frequencies, sound healing and anything that involves clearing, balancing and protecting yourself with these high vibrational frequencies.

If You are a Sensitive/Empathic/Starseed/Lightworker, and you haven’t alreadyyy use your crystals and let them sit in water for atleast 6 hours, then drink it! ESPECIALLY if YOU are any of the above, labrodorite/citrine/kyanite/amazonite would deffinitely work with you. Labrodorite heals your aura, like it is a shield basically. Citrine does not hold or accumulate negative energy, thus never needs to be cleared or cleansed, it actually transmutes it!!! And it balanaces the yin and yang energies! Kyanite also never needs to be cleared because it also transmutes negative energy. It’s a very high vibe stone and one of my ABSOLUTE FAVOURITES!!!!!!!!!!! And kyanite cleanses, clears, balances AND ALIGNS your chakras, if you allow it, kyanite can open your chakras too!!!

So I’m reading this, and diggin it. And I am wondering about these crazy pills lol. I would be totally ecstatic and amazing, and have been, but then people are actually coming into my life and being HORRIBLE to a shocking degree!! And first off, I am such a lovely person!! I just don’t understand how people (i.e. family) could ever be so not nice, to a being who is all about love and bliss and other such magical things… it has literally shocked me! So with these energies goin on, is this the same thing, just since I am no longer like these people (i.e. my family), then it is coming out and to me, via them at me? kuz otherwise I totally can’t make sense of it lol.
I had been really in my zone, and loving how I felt, and though I am still clear about my vision of the life I want, the things around me are a lot less lovely which is kind of like going backwards, as it is the total opposite of what I am working to create!….

Your crystal information is very intriguing and accurate. Many people just don’t understand the resonant frequency and piezoelectricity of crystals or how it pertains to the aura, but you seem to have a natural instinct for it.
As an empath, it seems to me that there are phases of awareness and growth. Where once a spiritual person basks in the positive energy of life it will nurture the spirit and quintessence to understand happiness and gratitude and the love of life. I suppose that this area was skipped in my early years but was redefined later. What bothers me is that the paradigm is changing and I feel that it will be necessary for other spiritual people to recognize the darker side of reality and it is their reaction that I can somehow feel within myself. I can watch your videos and they make me remember an innocence that deserves attention. I am sort of a roughneck currently in my life… where I’ve gotten desensitized to many different aspects and quite frankly just know what I need to do concerning my growth and what I have become. After being exposed to fears and struggles and bodily damage and emotional trauma and various physical and mental injuries I can say that humanity is beautiful and all it really needs is the dissolution of political powers and a return to a Republic form of government.
