Helping humanity to heal is one of my biggest passions, which has lead me to study extensively in the field of holistic health and alternative medicine. I can’t tell you how many books I’ve read on the subjects of self-help, alternative medicine, nutrition, holistic healing, energy healing, etc. Let’s just say- hundreds! I’ve been interested in all things holistic since I was a teenager. I don’t think I’ll ever stop taking courses, reading and learning about everything holistic, energy and health related! Service to humanity is fundamental to my purpose, so I’m always reading, researching, and experimenting with the latest superfood or energy healing technique! I know that the more I learn and experience for myself in the field of health and wellness, the more I can help others along their path of personal growth, health, healing and fulfillment on all levels.

I am a Spiritual/ Intuitive Life Coach, Quantum Biofeedback Technician, Holistic Health Practitioner and Holistic Nutritionist that specializes in vegetarian, vegan and living/ raw food lifestyles.

Even though I feel there to be a tremendous amount of very effective “alternative” therapies and modalities out there, I prefer to take the most holistic approach that I’ve come across, which involves my EPFX Quantum Biofeedback device. Why? Well, let’s just say that this device covers it all! I discovered this spectacular device in my early 20′s during my search to help my mom to heal. My mom suffered from, what doctors label “Fibromyalgia” or “Chronic Fatigue Syndrome”. When I discovered the EPFX, my intuition told me that this fascinating tool could help her get down to the root of her “dis-ease.” After both my mom and I had a session, we were immediately impressed with the diversity and sophistication of it! Right away, it help my mom to uncover many of the causes of her chronic pain and fatigue and lead her in the right direction. She has undergone a lot of healing since then and credits most of it to the insights and healing of the EPFX.

Through experimenting with various energetic and alternative healing modalities, I came to the conclusion that the EPFX was the most comprehensive and useful energetic tool I could find. So, I decided to buy one for myself, do the training and incorporate it into my practice! Over the years, this device has not only helped me tremendously along my personal healing journey, it’s helped my loved ones and clients tremendously as well! Every single session I have with a client is exciting and transformational. To this day, I’m still blown away at how amazing the EPFX is and find myself getting extremely excited with every client, as I use this device as a tool, helping others dig through the layers, put the puzzle pieces together and inspire a new found sense of joy and excitement about life! It’s a ridiculous amount of fun, I must say!

I consider myself an intuitive empath who is first and foremost on a spiritual journey. I have found that the EPFX has helped me to reach a deeper understanding of myself, others and the Universe. It is a fantastic machine, yet it is not a miracle machine. It provides a lot of insights that can help uncover possible health concerns, as well as mental, emotional and spiritual issues, however, it is only a tool, a very useful technology. I feel that ultimately our bodies are the most advanced technologies around. We can do everything that the EPFX can do. This is to be taken into consideration when experiencing this technology. Ultimately my goal as a holistic practitioner is to guide you to a point where you realize that you can heal yourself of every illness, disease, or condition you could think of. You ultimately have ALL of the answers within you.
